Prof. Dr. Wang’s research focuses on the functions and mechanism of nutraceuticals from natural products and by-products of agricultural and forestry, e.g., nutritional supplements production by enzymatic modification of natural oils and fat, biotransformation of natural products and chemicals by glycosidase and lipase, design and application of microfluidic platforms and enzyme microreactors, lipid and biofuel production from agricultural wastes by chemical and biological conversions, separation and identification of bioactive compounds from biomass, etc.
