  • Research Focus

    Nian's research focuses on new materials/structure design/bionic structures/composite materials/superstructures and vibration isolation/structure optimization, with the aim of improving the l mechanical and vibration isolation performance of structures through the idea of microstructure regulation of macro mechanical properties, improving the concrete cracking problem of large span structures through fine structure design, and improving the overall service life of structures.


    In addition, Nian is keen on the development and exploration of bionic structures, and continues to focus on and actively explore special new energy and applications of superstructures, including but not limited to negative Poisson's ratio structures, gradient structures, etc.
